This is a great movie called The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil. I’ve posted the 2nd and 3rd segments here, as they seem most relevant. The 2nd segment is about why an oil crisis happened to Cuba first, and what the initial reactions were; importing/manufacturing bicycles and intensified urban agriculture.
